Address on Web pages

It is good practice to have information on each Web page about the date of last update of the page and about the maintainer of the page. Thus people may judge if the page contents is outdated and people may send corrections or updates of the page to the maintainer.

This information may be included in the address brackets:

<ADDRESS> information </ADDRESS>
and will be displayed in Italic font.

For example the information at the bottom of this page is created as follows (bold font to give more emphasis):

<ADDRESS>
  <B>
  Updated December 1, 1998, Peter Klok,
   <A HREF="mailto:pfk&#064;iopp.ccnu.edu.cn">pfk&#064;iopp.ccnu.edu.cn</A>
  </B>
</ADDRESS>

Now just remember, if you change the page, you should also update the date!
